What my favorite? And Why?
One of my favorite’s is this Tiger, it is a digital sketch and took a long time.
When you look closely, there is a great deal of detail in it!
You can browse my portfolio using my art hall below, where you can walk around to see some of my best creations.

I have been asked so many times if I have a website of my work. Well, here it is, look don’t get overly excited I am not here to sell you anything. WOW what a shocker!!! That doesn’t mean you can’t ask if you want something done.
Not all my work is on here , but what is here is a good representation of what I enjoy. I sketch and paint cause its something I enjoy, I’m not looking to turn this into a career, but I do enjoy make people happy, I get a thrill when people like what I do, or better yet when I do something for them, I feel good when someone is appreciative of work that I have done for them.
The earliest memory I have of art was when I was 10 or 11 years old, I was into drawing Conan the Barbarian in pencil the going over that with ink to outline everything. I wish I had one or two or them, be curious to see with fresh eyes what kind of talent I had a 10, I must have had some skills cause people always were impressed, and I vaguely remember this important gentlemen was highly impressed that a 10 year old could draw like that.
I have been asked a 1000 times how do you do that? My answer has always been “I don’t know” I just draw what I see, hey trust me there are many sketches that never will never see the light of day. I drew when I was young then sports came and I didn’t draw till I was in my mid teens. I feel I have always had a creative mind, it’s one thing I’ve prided myself on.
It wasn’t till 2010 when in a meeting my associate pulled out his IPad and used a stylus and made notes. After the meeting I went over to him and said where did you get that and how much, he said “keep it” by the time I got to the car I was trying to find the right APP for drawing on an IPad and after many tries locked into an APP called Interactive Sketchbook by Matt Bush. It took a while but I manage to squeak out about 200 plus sketches. In the past 5 years I played with Acrylic Paints trying to bring color into my life as it was a dark time. Again didn’t take any classes just You Tubed it.
In the past five years, I have had the pleasure of doing sketches for people that really meant something to them, I had a gentlemen whose wife was dying of cancer and their dog got sick and passed, wow throw on a little more god why don’t ya. Apparently this do never left her side through her journey and she was devastated. I asked this gent if I could do a personal sketch for her, he immediately gave me permission. Once I was done I sent him the digital copy via email. She didn’t know I was doing the sketch and she didn’t know me from Adam, I consulted at a company he worked for, so within minutes his wife was calling me to say Thank You!!. She was crying so hard with tears of joy and trying to speak, of course knowing me I had to say something smart, I was afraid with all the crying I thought you hated it, which made her laugh. To brighten her day with a simple sketch made me right then and there know how a little simple drawing can bring so much joy. So my mission now is to do things that someone else can appreciate.

When I started to paint I didn't start small, I of course had no clue what I was doing, but I painted a simple "Sonny Terry" playing harmonica. on a 24" X 36" canvas, Painting was and is a challenge as it's a whole different breed. I haven't done a lot lately, but my creative juices are flowing as I want to play with some very exciting glow paints.

As I had mentioned I rediscovered drawing in 2010 and being able to work with Interactive sketchbook and gaining skill with each sketch. The great thing about the IPad was I didn't have to drag pencils and erasers, sharpeners. I could sketch anywhere at any time. I could sketch on a plane, inside, outside in the hospital.

Pencil and charcoal, well a friend said to me one day, "well can you draw without the APP, big difference between digital and a pencil". Well I thought about it an he was right, could I still draw with pencil, I'll be honest I didn't know if I could do it or not. So, I made it my mission to do some pencil and try charcoal. So, far I really enjoy getting back to it.

I was searching on YouTube for nothing as usual, when I found this artist in France I believe, where you get two different paintings in one. What I mean is there is one painting that it viewed in the day time, and when it gets dark a whole different painting energies. And these paints are very bright and the paint doesn't need UV light.
